Here's another one of my favorite fast, easy, cheap and oh so yummy recipes! :) I love it because you can make it for 2 people or for more! (Which is why I don't have any measurements for the ingredients-use as little or as much as you need.) You can also add anything to it-veggies, different meats!
What you need:
Pasta-any kind will do. We like using Rotini.
Tomato Garlic and Onion Pasta Sauce.
Pepperonis
Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350F
Boil and drain pasta
In a baking dish layer pasta, pepperonis, pasta sauce and cheese. I normally make 2 layers.
Bake until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly around the sides.
Enjoy! :)

Hi Ashlyn, Your recipe was before mine on Janelle's linky so I came over to see about your A-mazing looking Pizza Casserole. It looks like it would be a great dish to take to a "carry-in" at church. I think I would like it with a little garden salad on the side too. Oh, and I linked up to your page too. I really like your blog, I am all about frugal!
